Eskape Cottage is a truly delightful cottage that has undergone a major refurbishment and has been finished off to a very high standard. The decor and furnishings in every room have been tastefully done and the beautiful ’romantic room’ at the top of the cottage is stunning. It has everything included for you to enjoy a memorable and restful holiday in the picturesque market town of Pickering. It is a perfect base for families and couples and dog owners with a number of countryside walks very close by. The garden is detached from the house and is south facing.  It is lawned and gated to keep dogs and children safe. The summer house at the top of the garden is furnished and the perfect place to sit and relax, while children play.

Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Living Room:With TV, Free view, DVD player and electric fire

Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher 

Shower room:With shower cubicle, toilet and shaver point.

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (and 3rd toilet)

First floor

Bedroom 1:With small double bed (3/4 bed)

Bedroom 2:With twin beds

Cloakroom: With toilet and shaver point

Second floor

Bedroom 3:With king size bed, TV and roll top bath.



Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Wi-Fi available.


The cottage will accommodate 5 to 6 people, and up to 2 pets. We must make you aware that 6 adults and 2 dogs is not recommended as space and comfort may be compromised.

To the rear is a private yard area with lockable gate and secure laundry room, you may store bikes and boots in here.

The parking space is to the rear of the cottage, down a narrow track and in front of our garage.

The garden is also to the rear and is NOT attached to the cottage. It is a few metres from the parking area, down the track to the left. It has a large lawn, furnished summer house with patio and bench.
